The Fast, Common Fixes
1. Re-check credentials
Confirm the exact email you registered with, watch for caps lock, and retype the password rather than relying on autofill. A stray space or wrong keyboard layout is the #1 cause.
2. Verify your email
An unconfirmed email can block full access. Check your inbox (and spam) for the Stockity verification link and complete it.
3. Clear cache or go incognito
A stale session or a misbehaving extension can break login. Try a private/incognito window, or clear cache, and sign in again.
4. Try another browser or device
If incognito works, an extension or cached data was the culprit. If a different device works, the issue is local to the first one.

Ruling Out the Platform
If your credentials are certainly correct, nothing changed on your side, and multiple devices fail the same way, the problem may be temporary maintenance or an outage. Give it some time and try again before worrying about your account.
Login issues are a platform matter, not a bot matter — the bot only signs in with the account you already have. Fix your normal Stockity login first, and never share your password with anyone. This guide is informational, not financial advice.

Will login trouble affect the bot?
The bot signs in through your Stockity account, so if you can't log in on the platform, fix that first. Once your normal login works, the bot's connection will work too.
